Functional But Not Sturdy

I have bought 4-5 of these in the past year because my 14 year old can't seem to hang onto it. The lid breaks and is near impossible to get the springs lined back up. They get dented and cracked easily and then lose their ability to retain coldness.

It came without a straw!!! I removed the stickers and the label and I unscrewed the lid to wash it and the straw is missing. This is infuriating considering the price of the cup!!
