Tastes Like Smarties

My preferred dosage with every flavor is 20g with a full protein shaker cup full of water. This sherbet flavor is fantastic, but not for the reason you think. This Sherbet flavor doesn't taste like sherbet, but rather like ground up Smarties. I love it nonetheless.

My Take: Pineapple Amino Energy

Okay this stuff is amazing. The Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy in pineapple flavor has become my go-to plus they added nootropics so you get that clean energy and focus boost without any jitters. I use it before workouts, but it’s also perfect if you’re not a coffee drinker. It gives the same kick, just smoother and without the crash. Also it gives great focus during the day, as a corporate girly this is a requirement. The pineapple flavor is super refreshing. It’s tropical, not too sweet and no weird aftertaste. Bonus: my husband tried it once and now he’s totally hooked. If you want something that wakes you up, keeps you focused, and actually tastes good then this one’s a winner.

I’m drinking less coffee in favor of Amino hydration in the morning. I don’t miss the caffeine I get from the coffee as this is sufficient with a single serving. It has half the caffeine than most energy drinks which I prefer. The pineapple flavor is OK, I prefer watermelon.
