A Feel Putter
I went thru a putting fitting at Golfcart, looking for a putter w more feel and a softer touch, esp short and mid-range putts. Fitter suggested to try a bigger head w an insert or milled type of finish. I absolutely (so far) love the sense of the ball coming off the face of the club. I think it's going to be a winner. I'll return to edit after I play a few more rounds.

Makes Putts
I've played with this putter twice since I bought it. The first time, one of the guys in my regular group remarked that, "It was a good purchase." I made 3 birdies with it that day. What I like about it, other than it looks great on the ground, is that, due to the elastomeric insert, the ball comes off dead instead of jumping off the face. This makes it much easier to judge distance. Also, the insert doesn't accentuate faulty strokes like milled metal faces do. The lie of this putter lines the shaft up with my forearms, and I also like the amount of toe hang vs. face balance, which is about 45 degrees - this provides stability through the stroke but also allows me to roll the toe closed without feeling like I'm fighting the putter like I do with fully face balanced models.
