Odyssey’s new line of S2S TRI-HOT putters is a revolution in the “Zero Torque” category. Using multi-material construction, Odyssey was able to move the CG of these putters far enough forward to get the shaft entering the head on the topline eliminating the need for shaft lean and thus eliminating one of the biggest barriers to entry for this style of putter.


Forward CG and Hosel Position

  • By moving the CG forward Odyssey was able to position the hosel spud on the topline, much closer to the face than typical “Zero Torque” putters for a more natural, intuitive and comfortable set up position.

Multi-Material Construction

  • By strategically using Aluminum, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, Odyssey was able to design a “Zero Torque” putter with more than 80% of it’s weight under the topline and allowing for the forward CG and hosel position.

Ai-DUAL Insert

  • Designed using Artificial Intelligence, this dual-layer urethane insert has a soft outer layer and a firm inner layer delivering not only consistent ball speed across the face, but also enhanced forward roll up and down the face and amazing feel.

New FRD Groove

  • This new Forward Roll Design Groove is deeper and more aggressive. With a 19° slope it works in conjunction with the dual layer design to improve forward roll up and down the face.

New Pistol Plus Grip

  • Odyssey surveyed the most popular grips used on Tours around the world and looked for commonalities and opportunities to improve on those designs. The result is a mid-sized pistol grip with crisp edges that allow it to fit comfortably in your hands and give you a better awareness of where the putter face is throughout your stroke.

Black SL 120 Shaft

  • Developed on tour, this new black PVD shaft is heavier and stiffer than the SL 90 and ideally suite for this style of putter.

Exactly What I Was Looking For!

Having tried multiple putters over the past few years I believe I’ve found the one. The balance and weight of it just makes it smooth going through the ball and I love that it doesn’t have the forward press built in. And it looks fantastic behind the ball. Of all the Odyssey putter’s I’ve tried over the past 6 years this one to me is the best I’ve had.

S2s Tri Hot Rossie The Best Putter I’ve Ever Playe

I purchased the S2S Tri Hot putter over the winter. I live in the Midwest. Previously I’ve played a number of versions of Odyssey’s number 9 putter and their double wide putter. First of all the S2S Rossie is stunning to look at. Second I purchased the putter for the zero torque technology with the hopes it will help me make more putts. I’ve played two rounds so far and the results speak for themselves. Each round I made 7 one putts. This putter is so balanced with a great feel. There is no need to play with a forward press with my hands. The new face insert is great. I’ve seen the best roll off a putter face I’ve ever played with in 30 years. The grip is outstanding. Usually I add a Super Stroke after purchase but did not need too with the stock grip. The internal weighting feels right. I’m so excited to continue to play this for 2026 and beyond. The price point is very high but I feel it was worth it. Callaway gets an A+. Bravo.
