So So, So Far.

I have not used this on the golf course yet, but have used it in multiple sessions and for hours trying to get use to it on the practice greens. So far, I do not feel the improvement I was expecting over my 20+ year old Taylor Made Nubbins B1s. The weight is lighter than I hoped and the balance on the take away and my ability to dial in distance have so far not been good. Admittedly, I am probably giving this feedback too early, but I got an email asking for me to review it, so I am.

Great Feel

This is a nice putter. It feels slightly heavy in the stroke, which I like, it feels steady. The face and insert seem pretty soft, so it’s very controllable. I ordered “like new”. I honestly couldn’t tell that it wasn’t brand new.

I went in to the store two separate days. The first day I just checked things out and got advice from Bill, the shop pro. The second day I knew what I was looking for and they had the putter in stock. The stores putting area could be expanded and improved though.

GREAT PUTTER IN MINT CONDITION WITH A BRAND NEW HEADCOVER

I just purchased the Odyssey Ai One 7DB putter. Even though I have not been able to use it on the golf course. However I have been able to use it at home and I really like the feel in my hands. It seems like it will be very consistent and well balanced. I can not wait till better weather comes around to be able to use it.

Excellent Putter

Was looking for a putter with less roll on the bottom to prevent “scrubbing” on shaggy greens. I like to keep the putter as low as possible. I have had two Odyssey Two-Ball putters in the last 25 years. So even though this putter is a mallet putter, it was a significant change for me. I like the way the ball rolls off the putter, and I have been solid on short putts. Would definitely buy again.
