My basketball player wears out his heals fast and has had Plantar issues. I kept saying, “buy inserts, they’re cheap.” I was very surprised at the price but bought these after reading all the other reviews and my teen was amazed at how good he feels. Solid Addition

I primarily use them for basketball, and the biggest difference is stability. The rigid support structure keeps your foot from collapsing when you cut or change direction. Instead of that slightly mushy feeling you get with standard insoles, your foot feels planted and connected to the ground. I was used to thick foamy insoles so this was a big adjustment. The other noticeable change is energy transfer. They’re stiff enough that when you push off—especially on sprints or jumps—it feels more efficient. It’s not like they magically add inches to your vertical, but they reduce some of the energy loss that happens when your foot compresses. I wouldn’t call them “comfortable”, but that’s not really the point of these insoles. They’re not designed to feel like pillows. They’re designed to support the structure of your foot under load. Because of that, they take a couple wears to get used to. The biggest question with products like this is whether they’re worth the price. For casual wear, probably not. But if you play basketball, volleyball, or any sport with lots of cutting and jumping, they solve a real problem: stability under load.

I had heard about Move insoles on the tik tok shop but I did not know they were available at DSG. The same day I found out, I checked my local store and they had one more left in my size! Good Alternative To High Priced Carbon Insoles

My son previously had the high priced Vktry insoles in his football cleats. He has been using these now for about a month and said they are fine and he has no foot/leg pain. At half the price of the Vktry insoles, we’ll get these again.

I bought these for my 16 yer old for Christmas. He has an average arch and neither pronates or supinates when he walks but complained of wanting stronger ankles and he's loving these! He was shooting hoops for 4 hours at the Y yesterday. :) unless you're trying to get massive inches on your vertical these are more than appropriate and I don't see a need for the more expensive version out there. Superb comfort, cushion (but not too much) and a nice material.
