Great Beginner Set

I bought this Monarch Dragon Slayer Pickleball Set as a beginner to the game, though I have 15 years of USTA tennis under my belt. The back pack is great for lugging the equipment around, it includes 2 balls which is nice for play, and the rackets resonated with me for feel, weight and grip. I have played a couple of times with them, and taken a lesson. My backhand and backcourt serve are coming around, though my overhead needs work. Its very different than tennis, but much easier on my older body! I enjoy playing with this racket--its in the right price range, and is adequate for beginners like myself! I guess I'm a pickle head now!

Great Set To Start Playing

This is just what I needed to get introduced to pickleball and be able to get out and play. Grab a friend and go play, everything included and paddles are decent for control and power. Only played with the balls indoors, have held up so far. Good starter set.

I bought this because I am interested in learning pickleball. I like that is comes with 2 paddles, 2 outdoor balls, and a bag to hold everything. The paddles have a good grip, don't feel too heavy but are thicker than basic wooden paddles. The dragon design is pretty neat too.
