Happy But Time Will Tell

I think it is great. I'm happy with it and recommend. Especially since it is about half the cost and weight of a full electric cart. During my last two rounds, I used the assist anytime I walked more than about 20 feet. That included walking from the tee shot to the approach shot, from the approach shot to the green, and from the green to the next hole. It was especially helpful on hills, and I had no issue with battery life. The initial charge after unboxing took about four hours, but each recharge after a round has only taken about an hour. That makes me think there was still plenty of battery left. Pros: It makes walking much easier. Hills are not an issue. The battery seems to perform well. The cart looks great and is lighter than a full electric cart. It is easy to get in and out of the car. Cons: Pushing the cart while it is in drive mode feels slightly resistant, but I got used to it. The manual says it should stay in drive mode when using push assist. There is also a walk mode that feels more like a regular push cart, but you need to move the wheels into the push setting. That is easy and takes about 10 seconds. You need to hold the handle when going up steeper hills. Stand bag fits awkwardly. The arms that hold the top of the bag do not fit it very well, so I am going to try my cart bag next time. My brisk walking pace seems to fall between two of the middle speed settings. I use the slower speed when walking the fairway without holding the handle and the faster speed when moving more quickly. I like that the faster speed keeps the cart moving well, but this may depend on your walking pace. It could work perfectly for you.
