Not Happy With Service-delivery-packaging

Just returned from golf trip to find this order at the house. Was going to be a gift, but the packaging was destroyed and it appears golf bag just rolling round inside the box. Very disappointed and am not sure about keeping.

Zipper Broke In First 6 Months

I have the stand version of this bag but can’t find it on here. I loved this bag when I first got it. Very pretty and lots of pockets, but one of the Zippers broke on a side pocket In the first six months. I also have a problem with my new pushcart because the back of the bag dips down too low. I have to turn it sideways in order for it to stay on the bracket and not fall underneath it. Very disappointing.

Cute But Not Durable

Purchased this bag and it’s ripping on both sides. The top of the side pockets are artificially stitched into the bag vs other bags where the side pockets are stitched under the top seem and more secure.
