Quality Issues After 90 Days

just after 90 days of purchase the shoulder straps started falling apart. It was after the 90 days I could return in store. I did have the extended protection plan, but I'm not sure if they will cover a full replacement. Until it started to fall apart, I liked the bag. The number of pockets was fantastic. My only other issue was that it "bounced" on my back when I walked. With multiple adjustments I was able to lessen the bounce, but it never went away.
