Love the paddle but the company will not stand behind it and make it easy to return the paddles after they are ILLEGAL. Have to return where bought, have to have receipt to return, jump thru 10 hoops. Who keeps receipts and have to drive 100 miles to return in Dallas. Booooo on JOOLA. A good company would made it easy and totally stand behind their product no questions asked. It’s not the customers fault it’s JOOLA. Better companies out there to buy paddles from and all gear!!!

The paddle played FANTASTIC; however, it was banned by USAP, so became useless to me and thousands of others. On top of that, it came out that Joola KNEW the paddle is out of specs and still released it!!!!! So dishonest and untrustworthy.

I am shocked by all what happened about my 3.16 hyperion 3 paddles and I am hoping you will win the case in court. I bought 4 of them and I am no longer able to play competitions with it. I want to hear that you won and USA Pickleball has to reverse their decision to ban our 3.16 hyperion paddles. Why? Because that is the best paddles I ever played with.

I bought this when it was initially released and it exceeded my expectations!! Easily the best paddle I have ever used - great power and great control. No issues at all! Unfortunately, it was de-listed and now I can't use it at tournaments. I kept it in the hopes that the issue would get resolved, but sadly it did not and I'm out the cash.
