Right Bud Won't Charge

I bought these a week ago and received in the mail today. The case and left earbud charged just fine. The right one will not charge, turn on, or connect. I need help with exchanging my product

very pleased have good clear sound, would give more than 5 stars if it was an option

Ear buds don't hold a charge long. The right ear dies after 30 minutes of use even after charging all night.
