I got my earbuds today and the right one don’t work at all. It don’t even come on like the left side. I need help on sending them back for another pair.

very pleased have good clear sound, would give more than 5 stars if it was an option

Ear buds don't hold a charge long. The right ear dies after 30 minutes of use even after charging all night.
