I Cannot Get The Lid Off!
I bought this three weeks ago, and it is already useless. I cannot get the lid off. The design does not allow you to get a good grip on the lid. My entire family has tried, including my strong husband. Now I have a $50 water jug that I can’t use. And I bought 6 as gifts!!
