The cap itself is fine, but I’m concerned the same problem with the threads will occur again. Hopefully this one will last longer.

Wide Mouth Cap
Bought this about a month ago. When to different stores to find this exact one. We bought it to replace the lid with the straw. It was time for our son to start using a wide mouth.
