The flask doesn’t seem to keep ice as long as my other flasks. Even with ice the drink isnt ice cold like I like it. 😞

Received A Bowl With A Dent On It
The bowl is beautiful, however it came with a manufacturer defect that the bowl was dented. I am not happy with the replacement policy that Hydro Flash could not send me a new bowl of the same color. Through a few email communication, the options Hydro Flash offer are not the best options for me. It appears that I have to accept the bowl with a dent on it.
