Replacement
I bought one of these water bottles which developed a bad taste from either our dishwasher or some other source. I called Hydroflask to see if they might offer some insight seeking only an answer. They replied saying that it may have been the dishwasher but couldn’t be sure and then, most generously, offered a replacement (which I took them up on)! A truly unexpected and completely unsought gesture from an honorable company standing behind their product which earned them my respect, loyalty, and an unsought spokesman singing their praise to anyone who will listen which doesn’t come easily from this old school discerning shopper! Bravo!

Good Water Bottle
I really like the hydro flask water bottle. The reason I ordered the most recent one is because my original one was so hard to open, yet the one my husband has is easier to open. Unfortunately - my new one is just as difficult to open as the first one. I guess it’s just helping me to build more muscles!

Mouthpiece
I’m really disappointed in the design of the mouthpiece, it is loose and needs to be all the way opened and almost needs pushed against the lid in order to get a steady flow of water. If not you suck air. I’ve had other hydro bottles and I must say the mouthpiece on this 40 ounce needs better design. Love the color.

I have purchased two products from you, a 32 once and 24 once bottle. Both are very well made however the 24 once mouth piece is not comfortable. You should rethink the design.

It was the right size in terms of volume and ability to fit into a cup holder. But I was looking for a “regular” cap without the straw and sipping feature, as I find those hard to clean thoroughly.

No Insolation
I originally got this as a replacement for my first flask which lasted me 4 years and only recently stopped insulating. However this flask doesn’t seem to isolate either. My ice melts down after an only few hours which is quiet annoying since warm weather is coming up and I’d prefer my water cold.

Love The Size But…
Fits in the car cup holder and the backpack perfectly. But I’m constantly having to make sure I don’t lose the rubber washer from the lid because it’s always coming out when I unscrew it.

The Straw Will Not Stay
The straw will not stay secured in the lid and does not hold ice very long. Not very happy with this purchase. Sorry for the bad review but this is my experience with this product.

Love The Shape
I really like this newer shape for the smaller bottles, it looks more sleek. I got the botanical bliss color, but it didn't really have a boot to match maybe agave but that was sold out. The bottle is small and light enough though that the boot isn't too necessary.

The Best!
This HydroFlask with tilt up straw is perfect!! It works great for driving- no more tilting up water bottle blocking the view. I love the handle, prevents slipping. I got a 2nd one for my husband!
