Damaged

This flask was sent to me damaged and the barcode was scratched off. I am surprised someone would pack this the way it was.

Keeps Food Hot Or Cold!

Excellent Flask for soup or ice cream. Fits well in my lunch box.

Disappointed

Works great to keep things hot but when you put hot items inside it makes the lid shut extremely tight. It was impossible to open for both kids and adults. My kiddo had to go without her hot lunch all day because the lid was stuck! She went around the whole school asking for help, and no luck at all. This item isn’t cheap so why bother to buy another one and she really loved it! My little one cried when I told her we couldn’t get the lid open for her to use it again. Maybe we will look for another brand!!

Not Hot

Did not keep food hot or even warm a few hours into use. Made hot hot soup early in morning, and was not even warm at noon.

Disappointing

I bought this to keep water hot for my green tea at work. It only kept it lukewarm after 3 hours. I am disappointed. Perhaps if you had soups that had come to a boil it would stay hot till lunch.
