Great Idea, Poor Execution

I picked this book up to make sure that I was up to date on the 2019 rules changes. Great idea but you still have to go to the internet or a hard version of the book to refer to the full rules, especially the new local rule addition for playing a ball Out of Bounds without going back to the tee box. It’s like the author was trying to be the first to market with the book.
