Works Well And Easier Than A Foam Roller

I prefer these types of bars to foam rolling because there is no strain on my shoulders or neck while using it as compared to holding myself up on a foam roller. Works great for the IT bands, and other areas. This massage bar rolls smoothly. I believe it has ball bearings.

Wisely Chosen

I have owned this for a month now and I’m very happy I chose it. There are several options for massage bars, but this one struck all the correct chords. It’s cost effective for sure, but that wasn’t my deciding factor. The shorter length of the bar allows me to use more torque on my quads without it bending like some of the others did. It’s compact size it a alot more travel friendly when needed.
