I have a hard foam roller and its great. I tried this roller which is firm but has a little give. I like it and added it to the hard foam roller so I can use either depending on my needs. Its good! Comes with a pamphlet on how to roll.

Solid construction and a for storage friendly size than the 5-6ft options. The red foam provided a medium amount of resistance. Ideal for newcomers to foam rolling who may find the harder black foam creates to much pain initially.

Husband and I use the 24" and 18" rollers as a pair for back pain. Place them both on the floor with the blue roller towards top-middle part of your back and red roller towards bottom-middle, support neck with hands folded behind head, knees bent, feet flat on floor and roll up towards your head and down towards your butt. You can feel you back re-align and pop like when you go to the chiropractor. My husband loves it. He used to complain every day about his back hurting. His pain is gone and he can't believe how much better he sleeps at night. Such a simple object...but really effective. Recommended to us by my Dad who heard about it from his Dr. Wish we had found it years ago. Highly recommend.

omg... this thing makes my back feel so much better. The first time I rolled across it my back cracked in like 5 places. Felt so good. I have fibromyalgia though, and some of the other excercises seem to be a little too much for me. Still, I love it, and would buy it again if mine were to disappear.

Great size for the average male. My taller boyfriend like this one a lot. I prefer the smaller red size as a tall female. Love the color and quality of both GoFit rollers. I've had my red one for years and it is in perfect condition and I highly recommend these rollers.
