I have a Charge 2 and we keep track of activity, heart rate, and sleep quality. It really helps get a better idea how each day impacts your heart and what we can do better to improve our health.

Rated 1 out of 5 by daled61 from Complete Junk I bought a FItbit Charge 3 and it didn't work /wouldn't snyc with my LG G6 phone which is a FItbit approved phone. They sent me a second Charge 3 and it kept getting"001" errors, so.... they sent me a 3rd Charge 3. This too began giving me "001" errors. I called Fitbit and asked for my money back and they refused because it was outside their 30 day return policy. Of course it was out side 30 days because they kept sending me defective devices.

I was very excited for this Charge to come out because it was going to be swimproof. I purchased this on Black Friday 2018. This watch has been great up until I dropped it. I was putting it back on and dropped it on the floor. The screen has shattered. It has spiderwebbed and I can barely read the time. This was supposed to be the most durable watch Fitbit has created.. They LIED!!! Fitbit will do nothing to fix or replace the watch under their warranty because they said it was done under user error. I will NEVER own another Fitbit again for the simple fact that the company has NO respect for their loyal customers.
