Slam Ball - The Perfect Addition To My Home Gym
I have been looking to do more exercises that will increase my golf swing speed. I already do plenty of squats and kettle bell swings, but the Slam Ball is the perfect addition to my home gym as I feel like I can “slam” it much harder on the ground than a medicine ball. Setting this to a Tabata timer is a great way to increase heart rate and strengthen the key core muscles.
