Terrible Quality

My son bought me this for Father's Day. I thought it looked well made and heavy duty. Was I Wrong! After several uses I noticed rust forming under the chrome holders. Several months later the whole securing mechanism fell apart. Do not buy!

Broken Head

Received this as a gift used it twice and the head is now broken.

Faulty Design

This the second time the exact same thing has happened … the small black grommets fall out and the retriever doesn’t work properly. This is too bad because it is a great retriever.  All I need is to know what size and where I can get these grommets.

Poor Quality

I bought this retriever 3 months ago and the plastic head broke!
