Copper Fit Calf Sleaves Relieved My Shin Splints Pain

I bought the Copper fit calf sleeves from recommendations from my son.I am 72 and I walk daily 7miles. I developed a pain in my right leg on my shin that grew more painful in two days . Web MD described as shin splints with only rest and see a doctor after a week if no improvement. I bought the calf sleeves and added a lidocaine 4% patch under the sleeves. After three days I started walking with no difficulty but a little pain After 4 days wearing only the sleeves I returned to walking 7 miles pain free.

Work Better As Arm Sleeve

I use them in my forearms and they work great. The provide firm compression and I could not imagine putting these on my legs since they would be way too tight.
