Delicious

I’ve tried all the flavors they made for this kind of bar and this one is my favorite! It’s SO sweet and delicious. I could eat three bars in a sitting because they are that good. I feel good about having these bars as a snack at work because the ingredients are simple and good for you.

A Favorite

This is one of my favorite bars by this brand. It’s the texture of oats with the crunch of the macadamia nuts and sweetness of the white chocolate that makes it a little decadent while also being a healthier option. It’s packed simply and compact so you can take it on the go to be a meal supplement or a snack to boost your energy. I don’t find much aftertaste and enjoy its delicate flavor profile.

Literally in love with these!!! They are perfect for breakfast, snack, on the go etc. And they are delicious. They taste nothing like your typical nasty protein bar. These are a must try!!

Lower-sugar Natural Product, Critical For Exam Fue

I gravitate toward Clif bars when I need long-lasting energy and satiety, particularly before critical tasks like exams and after workouts. The Clif Chocolate Brownie bar is my favorite, as I enjoy the taste of chocolate but I want to feel healthy, and the fiber and protein in the bar make it ideal to satisfy me both physically and emotionally. I have often eaten Clif bars (both the Chocolate Brownie and the Peanut Butter Crunch version) during computer science exams; they are available in vending machines, and I have often been hungry before exams and have not had time to go to the dining hall. Because of Clif’s health properties, the bars stand out as the best option for me to pick up in a rush, and sometimes, they have been the only thing between me and a lowered grade caused by hunger-induced “brain drain” and misery. They are large enough to last me through the entire exam and filling enough that each bite makes a noticeable difference in my functioning. Clif bars have a subtle (but not overwhelming) sweetness that provides a positive emotional stimulus without having enough sugar to feel like a “diet killer” or an outright dessert. They have 16 grams of added sugar, and each bar has 68 grams of total mass. 16/68 = 23.5%, which means that 23.5% of the bar is made up of sugar. This is sweet enough to be pleasant, but not so sweet that one would have negative health impacts from the bar. I have never had a sugar crash or seen my weight increase suddenly after eating a Clif Chocolate Brownie bar. With 5 grams of fiber from rolled oats and chicory fiber, and complex carbohydrates from the same rolled oats along with rice crisps and roasted soybeans, the sugar is buffered when it enters the bloodstream, and it takes longer to digest, releasing energy over hours instead of minutes and creating a more “whole grain”-esque response in the body. My local YMCA sells Clif Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Crunch bars, and I buy them as well; they revitalize me after tiring treadmill and bike sessions, and eating a Clif bar for hunger at the gym keeps me from getting takeout on the way home in desperation, thus making Clif bars a crucial risk mitigator for my health goals. Overall, I would strongly suggest Clif bars, especially the emotionally pleasing Chocolate Brownie, for anyone with an active lifestyle and anyone who needs high-quality fuel before and during exams.
