Perfect When Space And Goals Are Modest

This adjustable dumbbell set is perfect for a modest maintenance and fitness regimen, especially for those who are familiar with resistance training and calisthenics. The convenient holder adds to the ease of keeping the set handy for a quickie. Although I was looking for a 55lb adjustable set, this still gets the job done...just more reps! I have a history of natural bodybuilding competition along with personal fitness trainer who trained an IFBB lady's masters fitness champion, as well as earning several place trophies myself in NABF competitions. The decades have passed but I still try to keep things looking good. These help!

Very Versatile! Takes Up Less Space!

These adjustable barbells are excellent for a variety of exercises from light/little weight to more weight/heavier resistance. Happy with purchase and the price of this product.

Enjoyed At First But Did Not Last.

I bought two sets of two of these dumbells about 8 months ago. I liked the design and they have been very useful, but they have not held up at all. After regular use and taking care to not drop them, the plates are now randomly dropping off the dumbell during use, posing a huge safety concern for myself. I reached out to the company and did not get a response.
