Callaway’s very best in wedge design, taking wedge play around the world to an entirely new level. By utilizing an all-new Spin Gen Face Technology™, three elements of spin come together to provide short game action and control like never before. Callaway designers spent hours poring over every detail of shape and design with the very best players in the world, so you can have a wedge that sits confidently behind the ball, poised to hit any shot your game may require.

Spin Gen Face Technology™ for Tour Level Spin

  • Spin Gen Face Technology provides spin and control in your wedges by combining 3 key elements on the face; an all-new tighter pitch which puts more grooves on the face, offset groove-in-groove for spin when opening the face, and a new aggressive face blast providing spin and bite on partial shots. These three elements work in conjunction to provide a crisp, tour level spin.

Tour Certified Shaping

  • Opus wedges are the most Tour-tested, Tour-validated shapes in Callaway history. A higher toe peak, radius in the leading edge, and easier hosel transitions make Opus Callaway's best wedge shape ever.

Personal

I love the 54 wedge and that’s what I had ask for. When the guy gave it to me it was a 58 wedge. I didn’t realize it until I got to the golf course. Had to go back and change it. I guess it was a little my fault. But the sales guy knew what I wanted. He just gave me the wrong club.

The One Club.

The club is easy to hit. and control, great spin for the green.

Short game

I bought this 52 wedge a month ago I’m happy I did

Great Wedges In Better Than Listed Condition

Purchased the 54 and 60 both listed as good condition and they didn't disappoint. One had very little wear marking on it and the other had zero ball marking and was marked as a demo. I didn't bother taking the 60 out of my bag previously but after putting this one through a few rounds I can see the improvements in wedges from my 15 yr old 60 it was replacing and I am gaining confidence every time I bring it out. Both clubs look great at approach and seem to put nice spin on the ball for soft landings( when I dont screw it up)

This opus black shadow 60° wedge gets your ball out of the sand and stops on a dime, best 60° wedge I’ve had in years
