Callaway blended signature shaping and Tour performance into a forged design with the Mack Daddy Forged Wedge. Forged of soft 1025 steel, the MD Forged features new shaping and progressive, loft-specific CG locations for shot making. The new R Grind features a crescent sole for even greater precision on half swings and shots from tight lies. A new 16-Groove Configuration with progressive optimization enhances spin control as you attack the pin.

Solid Feel

Bought this wedge to replace my aged MD3. This wedge is as solid and consistent if not more. I can throw a shot up in the air or squeeze it low to spin to a stop.

Feeling Is Very Mild

The wedge looks cool and nice design. Feelling is very mild and easy to control ball spin.

Great Feel.

For some reason I get an absurd amount of spin on this wedge. I have the 52 degree with 10 degrees of bounce. I have a shallow swing so I was unsure about the bounce at first. This club with out a doubt is the spiniest wedge in my bag. From 120 yards out to next to the green the control is un-paralled.

Mack Daddy Forged Wedges

I have the Mack Daddy 3 Wedges and I have recently switched to the Forged wedge after doing some research. I would say it was the best decision I ever made. Theses wedges have incurable feel and look. I am a .03 handicap and am a big time fell player and you know when you hit the sweet spot on theses wedges. I find it easier to control my distance out of the bunkers and I am able to control trajectory my spin on approach shots. I have played Titleist wedges most my life and all I can say is that if Callaway keeps producing quality wedges like theses I will never go back. Good job Callaway I am a huge fan of all your products.

Great Wedges

I have the 60, 56, 54, and 50. I don't carry a pitching wedge and use the 50 instead. I love the forged wedges and how they produce truly pure full shots and great touch around the greens pitching, chipping, and getting out of bunkers. Love em!
