I bout this to go with a skirt for spring and loved it, the material is soft and super comfortable. Love it with skirts or leggings to run errands in and be comfortable.

Nice But Snug Around Neck
I’m 5’4”, 150# and I like this but be warned that the neck is a snug fit which makes putting it on without messing up hair and makeup tricky so I put it on before I do both. I wear it with the matching black scuba slim pants.
