Bought these as a birthday gift for my husband for our home gym! They are perfect, easy to use and don’t take up much space!

Immediately opened the one box and was so unhappy with the balance of the dumbbell. I tried to set up for a return with them unused in the box. Then found out that a 30 day moneyback guarantee is bogus. I was being forced to pay 20% restocking fee +150 shipping. I let them know they were brand new in the box and no need for a 20% restocking fee if they were opened and used. Also offered to ship back on my own dime and was denied. So if I chose to return I would lose half my money. I've gotten no response to try to continue conversation on returning these. I have never been treated like this from any company to return something. This makes no sense in a time when I can write letters to everybody on the Internet that rates this equipment and affect the company. I totally feel like I got scammed terrible experience.

These dumbbells are high quality and well worth the cost.
