This bag is super versatile and so handy at the ball field to carry snacks, toys, etc for the family. It’s easy to clean and is big enough to carry everything you need. The handles can get twisted which is frustrating.

Having Struggles Adding Charms. Otherwise I Love I

Is there a trick to adding the charms? I bought the lime charm which is so pretty but I can’t seem to attach it. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the bag in the system. I’m thinking I must be missing something on the charms?

The phone holders knob is extremely too big to fit in the holes. I am still unable to attach it to the bag after trying several times.
