Disappointed In Interior Style Change....

Whle I appreciate the replacement for my previous bigger carry on due to a broken handle I was disappointed that the style changed. I loved having the two interior sides - I kept my clothes on one side and my toiletries, shoes, hair stuff, etc on the other. The current style has only one compartment which means putting my shoes and other items on top of my clothers and pressing down on top of these items. Wish you had kept the original style.

Do Not Like This Bag.

I really do not like this bag.The front pockets are no good, once the bag is packed you cannot physically get anything into the front pockets at least without a serious struggle. It fits very little in and even with using vacuum bags it was still very difficult to fit all my necessary items for a 4 day trip. I am cabin crew so need a bag that is versatile and durable, and spacious which this it not. I would not recommend this bag.

Good Buy!!

These wheels are incredibly sturdy and smooth, providing ample space. I usually overpack, luggage, but it’s more than sufficient for a 2-3 day trip. It comfortably holds two pairs of shoes and a large toiletry bag.

Easy To Travel With This Luggage

I love how easy the luggage rolls and the option for expanding the space to use it as a checked piece is great. The lock that is supplied is very hard to read because there is not enough color (black would be great) on the numbers and it's hard to bounce the light off it.

Changed Design

The opening has changed. Instead of it zipping around the middle, it zips around the top, making for 1 deep packing area rather than 2 packable areas.

Travel Agent Approved!

This is the best luggage I’ve ever owned!! I purchased the oversized carry on, medium size, and the large one all separately and love them all!! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to take the oversized carry-on on flights, but so far- no problem!!! I am a travel agent and travel ALOT! I’ve shared this brand and my experience with all of my clients and highly recommend! (See video attached!) This luggage is expensive, but worth every penny! I do recommend buying he luggage sleeves because airline people are not kind with baggage and they will get banged up and dirty.

My Husband Had To Have One Too!

I love my soft-sided carry on so much my husband wanted one too! We both like that it looks sharp, had great pockets, opens at the top and has an expansion zipper. For me, the utility of the top opening in a carry on really helps me use the carry on for short trips to hotels and as a guest in people’s homes when I can’t/don’t want to fully unpack. (The clamshell design is so much harder for me to live out of and doesn’t work as well on the floor or a luggage stand.) I am a huge fan of Away and am a repeat buyer-both for myself and for gifts. Highly recommend!

Design Vs. Function

Looks great, handle broke after 3 trips. No, wasn’t the airline, carried on only. So disappointed!!

Great, Lightweight Carry-on

Surprisingly roomy -- even without the expansion that I haven't used yet! I love the blue color. The wheels roll very easily but you need to watch that it doesn't roll away from you on a slope. It was also lighter weight than my old hard shell that didn't hold as much. Love it!

Finally The Extra Space I Needed!

I ordered the Softside bigger carry-on because I sometimes prefer a one-compartment luggage and this one is great. It's deep and even extends, for the trips that require more space than the regular carry-on. My zippers don't get stuck on the corners, as others commented. I've also read about the handles that are too tight, which makes it hard to place fingers under. When I received it, I opened the box and the tight handles were the only detail that made me hesitate to keep it. But I just hoped they would slack with usage, since every other detail was perfect for my needs. On my first use, I didn't regret keeping it as the handles were easier to grip with weight in the luggage. Though, they could be improved a little. It's true that the pockets in the front are extra tight, but to me they're only a bonus space to store some papers or tiny items I won't need before I get back home. I recommend!

Good Not Great

I travelled internationally with this bag. I like soft side luggage so it’s not a comparison with any hard side bags. Here are my observations and hope they inspire future designs. Likes - Like the way it looks - very sleek It’s spacious It rolls smoothly and effortlessly- even on the carpets Dislikes/Cons - - the zipper gets stuck on the corners. That’s a major problem. - the front pockets are very tight - can’t put anything in and if you manage to put something in, it’s impossible to get it out. So they are useless - both handles are too tight , thus uncomfortable to pick up the bag to put it in overhead compartments. Away team - please make these adjustments and it will be a great bag.
