Warranty

the bag itself is great and very sturdy (a little heavy so consider that), but all that said, what really made away stand out was the warranty. the handle on the bottom ended up breaking off and after contacting the company, they sent a new suitcase within a week of contacting them.

Olive Color Has Changed, Bag Is Heavy Even Empty

This is my second Away bag. I chose the large to supplement my medium check-in. I was a bit disappointed in the color difference (olive) between my new bag and the medium I bought several years ago, but I’ll live with it. The bag itself is a bit heavy empty, so when I tried to pack my husband and me in one bag for 6 days (with planned additional carryons), it weighed over 50 lbs and I had to change my plan to two smaller suitcases plus carryons.

The large suitcase is a classic and very spacious and sturdy. I bought my son the same for him to take to college several years ago and now it’s my daughter’s turn to get her college luggage.

Trip To Paris

Received the carry on from my kids for my birthday and wanted the large checked bag to match. It came in ahead of schedule and is beautiful and I can’t wait to use it on my trip to Paris in October. I’ll let you know how pleased I am upon my return. Love the locking system.

We had a old large suitcase where the carousal ripped one of the zippers off. We submitted this as a warranty claim and loved that they backed it up! Will continue to support and purchase from Away. We have multiple pieces of luggage that have held up incredibly well over the years

One of the last business that actually will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Had a problem with an inside zipper. Sent video to Away claim department showing the issues. They responded the next day and solved the issue.

Always A Welcome Gift!

Bought this to replace my wife's old suitcase. After schelpping her old one around the airport, I knew it needed to go. She bought me the larger carry-on for my birthday, and I loved it. So it was time to return the favor. So much room, easy to maneuver--rolls so smoothly--all the extra handles for picking up. Melissa is a Steelers fan, so I opted to replace the handles with yellow ones so she could always pick out her suitcase from everyone else's black luggage. Extremely happy to have found AWAY, so is my wife.
