Works ok to massage sore muscles, it does get tangled in your hair if it's not up and out of the way. It is not really something you can do on yourself unless you're only massaging you legs, everything else seems either awkward or impossible

Was A Gift

My son had asked for something like this. I have a foam roller I prefer but he was asking for this. They had several to choose from but it’s great for using before and after a work out.

Life Changing

Hardly ever leave reviews, but since I’ve struggled to find a roller that could tear up my hamstrings (go real, real deep). Not because I’m a glutton for punishment, but rather because my hamstrings are as flexible as a rock. This is the only roller I’ve ever used that can turn them into squishy mince meat with proper leverage.

Amazing Massage Stick
