Great Tool To Add A Little Challenge To Your Regular Workouts

Tests your stability and balance in addition to the Bosu NexGen Balance Trainer! Worth it

I received this for Christmas and love them. They added an extra challenge to my workouts. My only complaint is one of the pods has a dip in it which I thought would level out if we added more air to it.
