Better Than A Foam Roller

Foam rollers do almost nothing for me now. I bought this hoping to get DEEP myofascial release, and it doesn’t disappoint. I use it every morning and before/after runs, and I’ve honestly never felt better. Highly recommended to those who need a wicked massage.
