Easy To Use. Right Density

The foam density was right for me. The product looks and feels durable.

It's what you would expect in a product like this; firm (not squishy at all), seemingly well-made, simple. It meets expectations. I'd buy it again.

Does The Job

This foam roller is just fine. Its length isn't as I thought when I ordered it. The foam roller ones at my gym apparently are longer. . My fault. But overall if does what I need it to do.

Gofit Foam Roller

I use one similar at the physical therapy before my surgery and after surgery. It helps strengthened my right knee before and after knee replacement on March 8, 2016 plus I wished I had had one when I had my left knee was replaced last year.

Good black foam roller. Inexpensive and in size I wanted. Had used blue roller for about a year before this and needed something firmer. This is not for someone who is new to foam rolling as it would be too firm for them.

This foam roll works great. Decided to get one after using one at the physical therapists. Decided to get the 24" wide one to insure that I wouldn't roll off of it. Works great - helps with those aching muscles. Recommended.

This GoFit foam roller is good and looks just like it does on the pictures. The advertised size is correct = 24 x 6 inches. Comes with a exercise booklet with good illustrations. The roller is quite firm though. For some it may be a plus, for others perhaps not. It's made out of a hard styrofoam which seems like it would hold up well and last. Other rollers on the market are made out of softer "pool noodle" like material and don't seem to keep their shape. If you want a light but hard quality roller, give this one a try.

Self Myofascial Fascial Release is one of the best ways to stretch. This will help you accomplish that.

It is a dense roller, just like the description says. My dad introduced me to these things after I complained of some back pain. Helps a lot, puts pressure right into those muscles and really any other muscle you can think of. I recommend this to all my friends.

Lame. Harder than most and really worth about 1$ prob to produce. Looking for more actual foam roller. Returned. It was a hard massage since the product has 0 give.

I have recently gotten into foam rolling s I am getting back to running. I wanted a smaller foam roller that was easier to manage but still large enough that I can use both legs on at one time. This fit the bill perfectly. It is very well made and I will have it for years to come!

This is the same high-quality closed cell rigid foam as the roller I have used in physical therapy. Great for working on those sore muscles and comes with a good quality instruction book.
