Sweet Feel, "Normal" Sized Head
Gaijin from Chicago, IL | 9/25/2014 9:55 AM
I'm from the old school. Not a fan of the giant drivers and 3 woods everyone uses now. It takes a lot of skill out of hitting a good drive, and Pros literally abuse courses now, with many of them having to stretch their tee boxes out just to make it competitive.
When I needed a new three wood / backup driver I wanted one that had a somewhat "normal" sized club face. I took a chance on this club and so far like it. Note if your ball trajectory is high, go with a lower than normal loft.
Works just as advertised. Straighter than driver, longer than 3W
Joe from Easton, CT | 9/19/2014 10:47 AM
Does just what they say. Club is the exact same length as my Rocketballz 3W, a little heavier head and shaft. Same 3W swing produces same reliable ball flight with a bit more distance. For me it's just behind my avg drive length, but 30-40 yards behind my (rare) good drives. Not sure the gain in distance on the 3W on narrow holes is worth the loss from driver on the open, wide holes. Narrow holes are also short on my course. It's definitely not worth replacing a wedge to carry all 3.
Like the fact it's a Mini Driver instead of the big club head

Takes some time to get use to...but I will, have only been out a couple time. Love the club.
Smart Buy + straighter drives
OldGolfNut from Ann Arbor, MI | 8/7/2014 7:10 AM
Smaller head gives confidence at address, hitting ball consistently straighter, so often longer than old Stage 2 driver. As result, improved scoring. Strongly recommend!
This club is fantastic
Jeff from Haymarket, VA | 8/7/2014 7:01 AM
I play lots of courses that put a premium on driving the ball in the fairway, and you need some length on these holes also. I can get a little loose with my driver and if there is a long carry over water or a hazard, I am a little uncomfortable with my 3 wood due to that occasional "pop-up." No fear of that with this club. It is easy to control off the tee, has good distance, and the feel is awesome. Can be hit off the fairway also, as long as it is not a tight lie.
