How can I become a ScoreCard Member?
Easily join ScoreCard by creating an account online. You can also visit any Golf Galaxy, DICK’s Sporting Goods or Field & Stream retail store and enroll at the register. For additional information on the ScoreCard program, visit MyScoreCardAccount.com. Please note, if you were already an Advantage Club member, you are automatically now a ScoreCard member! You can use your card at any of the three chains to earn points and get rewarded!
What happened to my Advantage Club account?
We have made your loyalty account more powerful by combining the Golf Galaxy Advantage Club, DICK’s Sporting Goods ScoreCard and Field & Stream Sportsman’s Advantage Club into the consolidated ScoreCard program! Your loyalty points have been automatically combined into a single ScoreCard account and you can use your existing card at any of the three chains.
How can I earn rewards?
Sign in before making your purchase online. If you forget to sign in, you also have the opportunity to sign in after you place your order. Use your ScoreCard when you make a purchase in store.
You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on merchandise at GolfGalaxy.com and in Golf Galaxy retail stores, as well as DICK’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream stores and DICKS.com. As soon as you reach 300 points, you qualify for a $10 Reward, which you will receive in approximately 60 days.
Points cannot be earned on sales tax, Reward redemptions, purchases prior to joining, PING, Mizuno Golf, Titleist and select new release TaylorMade products, returned merchandise, online services, service items, shipping, Gift Cards, eGift Cards and gift wrap.
How can I redeem a Reward?
Use your Rewards on GolfGalaxy.com or in any Golf Galaxy retail store, as well as DICK’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream stores and DICKS.com.
When redeeming online, enter your Reward number in the Promotion Code/Gift Certificate field during checkout. You can find your Reward number on your Rewards page.
When visiting a store, you can print your Reward or the cashier can scan your Reward from your phone.
You can use an unlimited amount of Rewards at one time, as long as they are valid and not expired.
My Reward expired before I could use it. Will you still honor it?
Your Reward is valid through the expiration date listed on the Reward. We are unable to honor expired Rewards.
What if I forgot my ScoreCard?
If your card was not scanned in a store, you may still add a purchase to your ScoreCard account within 90 days of your original transaction. Sign in and navigate to your Points History page. Click on 'Credit My Account' to add a purchase. Keep your receipts for verification in the event of a discrepancy.

I purchased an item using my Reward and now I must return it. What will I receive for my return?
If you are returning the item for a refund, you will receive the amount you paid out-of-pocket for the item after your Reward discount.
If you purchased several items using your Reward, your refund will reflect what you paid out-of-pocket for each particular item you return, prorated to reflect the discount you received on each item after your Reward discount.
If an item is being exchanged in store for one of the exact same type, you will be given an even exchange. Unfortunately exchanges are not available for online returns. In this instance you should return the product via the online return process and contact the ScoreCard Hotline at 1-866-313-6777 to have a new Reward issued.
I lost my ScoreCard. How can I get another?
Simply log in to MyScoreCardAccount.com, click on Request a New Card under the My Account tab at the top of the page and complete the required information. You will receive your new ScoreCard in the mail within 14 days. You can also contact the ScoreCard Hotline at 1-866-313-6777 to receive a new ScoreCard.
I have more than one card. How does that affect my points?
If you have multiple ScoreCards (including Advantage Club or Sportsman’s Advantage Club cards), we will automatically combine your points and accounts that are under the same first name, last name and address. To combine accounts under different names and/or addresses, contact the ScoreCard Hotline at 1-800-440-4002.
I like being a ScoreCard Member, but I'd prefer not to be contacted via mail or email. How can I be sure I do not receive mail or email from the ScoreCard Program?
Sign in and navigate to your Preferences page to change how you would like to be contacted. If you would also like to manage your preferences for DICK’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream, as well as the ScoreCard program in general, please visit MyScoreCardAccount.com.
When you sign up for a new account in store, you may opt out of direct mail, email or voicemail simply by telling the store associate.
