How to Return

Online orders can be returned to any Golf Galaxy retail store or returned by mail.

Returning In Store

Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund, store credit or exchange more quickly by returning online orders at any Golf Galaxy retail store.

To do this you must bring along:

  • Your packing list/receipt
  • Your credit/debit card used for purchase
  • All original packing materials, manuals and accessories that came with the product

Returning By Mail

Golf Galaxy offers Free Returns on all purchases. Request a free, pre-paid UPS shipping label by contacting a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-287-9060, or make your request online here.

Please follow these directions to return by parcel service:

  • Include the Merchandise Return Form and a copy of the original packing list inside the package. This form must be filled out completely to properly and efficiently process your return.
  • Attach the self-stick address label to the outside of the package, in addition to the pre-paid UPS shipping label.
  • All returned products must be in new and unused condition and must include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.

If you prefer to decline the Free Return option and ship the item yourself, simply follow these steps:

  • Complete the return form included with your order.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories that came with the product.
  • We recommend using USPS with insurance and tracking, UPS or FedEx for your return. Return shipping charges are not paid for by Golf Galaxy.
