Order Cancellations

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

Because we want to ship you your new items as soon as possible, you can cancel or modify your order only within 30 minutes of making your purchase. Follow these steps to request a cancellation:

  1. Sign in to your account on GolfGalaxy.com or go to the Track My Order page.
  2. If the order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button next to the order.
  3. You will receive an email confirming the order is canceled. You will not be charged for the order. If you paid with a Gift Card or eGift Card, we will send you a new one.

Please note that you cannot cancel only part of your order. The entire order must be canceled. If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Golf Galaxy may be forced to cancel your order for the following reasons:

  • The item(s) is no longer available
  • We are unable to process your payment
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • Pricing or promotions errors
  • Product set-up errors

You will receive an email detailing the cancellation and credit or authorization holds will be removed from your account based on the tender used. If you used a Gift Card or eGift Card for your purchase, we will send you a new Gift Card or eGift Card. For questions, please Contact Us.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Golfsmith Order

  • I have an existing order, including custom products, with Golfsmith. Will my order still be fulfilled?

    Unfortunately, your Golfsmith custom order, if not already fulfilled, will be canceled. If your order was canceled, you should have received an email detailing the specifics of this cancelation as well as guidance on replacing this order with our Golf Galaxy or DICK’S Sporting Goods stores. If you have questions regarding your canceled Golfsmith order, please contact Golfsmith Customer Service at customer.care@golfsmith.com.

  • Can I replace my order, including custom products, with Golf Galaxy or DICK’s Sporting Goods?

    Yes, Golf Galaxy and DICK’S Sporting Goods can service all of your order inquiries on standard and custom products. Custom products may be purchased in one of our Golf Galaxy or DICK’S Sporting Goods stores; custom products are not available online or through our Customer Service department. For standard products, customers may visit any of our Golf Galaxy or DICK’S Sporting Goods stores, or shop online at Golfgalaxy.com or Dickssportinggoods.com.

  • I have store credit on my Golfsmith account. Can I use this credit at Golf Galaxy?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept any online credit that Golfsmith customers may have on Golfsmith.com accounts.
    Customers who have existing credits on Golfsmith accounts may be eligible to receive a disbursement on this credit. Please contact customer.care@golfsmith.com.
