Cancelling or Modifying Your Order
Because we want to ship you your new items as soon as possible, you can cancel or modify your order only within 30 minutes of making your purchase. Follow these steps to request a cancellation:
- Sign in to your account on GolfGalaxy.com or go to the Track My Order page.
- If the order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button next to the order.
- You will receive an email confirming the order is canceled. You will not be charged for the order. If you paid with a Gift Card or eGift Card, we will send you a new one.
Please note that you cannot cancel only part of your order. The entire order must be canceled. If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties
Golf Galaxy may be forced to cancel your order for the following reasons:
- The item(s) is no longer available
- We are unable to process your payment
- A duplicate order was placed
- Pricing or promotions errors
- Product set-up errors
You will receive an email detailing the cancellation and credit or authorization holds will be removed from your account based on the tender used. If you used a Gift Card or eGift Card for your purchase, we will send you a new Gift Card or eGift Card. For questions, please Contact Us.
