Relish in explosive distance and higher launch than you ever thought possible. The TaylorMade RocketBladez Irons bolster lightning fast ball speeds for extra yardage every time you swing. Engineered for optimal face-flexing at impact for a strong, consistent ball flight that can stand up to crosswinds. Progressive offset, throughout the set, instills confidence at address and increases playability for these easy-to-hit irons. The unique clubface design reduces shot dispersion for enhanced accuracy - even on mis-hits.

"I've never been able to hit a tour iron so high or land it so soft. That gives me a huge advantage that I've never had before with the middle and long irons."
-Justin Rose, PGA Tour Professional

"The Speed Pocket makes the ball jump off the face on a higher, stronger flight, and I lose almost no distance on shots missed low on the face. Amazing."
-Sergio Garcia, PGA Tour Professional

  • Each iron is individually engineered in size, shape and features to provide the best distance, control and accuracy
  • Speed Pocket technology (in 4-7 irons) works in unison with the ultra-thin face and improved Inverted Cone shape
  • Consistently promotes faster ball speeds and more distance - even on mis-hits
  • Unmatched feel thanks to the specially formulated 3M polyurethane that fills the Speed Pocket
  • Reduced vibrations allow you to focus on feel of your shot, not the club reverberations
  • Each iron is properly gapped so your ideal club is always within reach
  • The shorter hosel frees up weight that can be positioned elsewhere for optimal center of gravity
  • Updated Inverted Cone shape reduces directional dispersion to promote improved accuracy
  • Midsized cavitybacks (4-PW) have a complex multi-material insert that produces a quiet yet satisfying sound

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a difference!!! I wanted new clubs, but was focused on another brand. After G.G. let me hit several clubs, The Taylormade Bladzes gave me the best distance, the primary thing I was I was looking for at this stage of my life, age 70. I had adapted my game to fit my old clubs, which I tended to hit to the right. After my fitting, which was free, Jim, my fitter, and I decided that making them 2 degrees upright, was the way to go. It has allowed me to aim at the green not left. I am Left-handed. I have played 4 rounds with them, and I can now aim straight, not adapt, and I'm getting 12 to 15 yards more with most of the clubs. They look nice and feel great. Thanks for all the help at Golf Galaxy (G.G.) and Taylormade. Hopefully I can get my 12 handicap down a little bit

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great clubs These clubs are absolutely legit. The distance claims are real. They are super forgiving on toe or low groove misses. Turf interraction is very good. Shaft are underrated. Feel is good, not great (don't buy them if you are primarily looking for forged players club feel). Now that they are 1 release old they are priced nicely. You simply won't find a better GI club, and certainly not one at these prices. If you like hitting the ball higher, longer and straighter these are the clubs to get.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Improved Ball Flight and Launch Angle... I'm a 6 Handicapper and coming from a set of Mizuno MP-58 irons. I saw a definite improvement in carry of 3-5 yards across the longer irons. The RocketBladz irons definitely increased the launch angle over the Mizuno's which was a plus. I've traditionally had a lower ball flight throughout all my longer irons. I like being able to carry the ball further in the air with 3-4 yards of roll instead of the 10+ yards that I'm used to. Glad I made the switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Irons I would Highly Recommend these irons to any golfer looking for forgivness along with great feel. When I first purchased these irons I was a 17 handicapper. Over the corse of 3 months, these irons helped get me down to a 9. These irons perform great on off-center strikes and continue to fly a consistent distance. The only downside to these clubs is that they come with terrible grips. I would recommend getting them re-gripped as soon as possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Irons After 16 years of playing with some Cobra knockoffs it was time for some new irons. These rocketbladez are incredible clubs. Very balanced and easy to swing. Distance is incredible and ball flight is very high which means shots land softer with less rollout on the greens, I am able to hot shots I would never hit with my previous irons. Feel is also incredibly good on well struck shots. Very happy with these irons and highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgrade from RBZ I purchased the BladeZ as and upgrade from the RBZ. I wanted a sole that was a little thinner compared to the RBZ. Played my first round of golf with these irons. I love the feel of the iron. Typically with the RBZ my iron would get caught up in the thicker rough. The BladeZ cut thru the rough like a hot knife in butter. So far I am very happy with these new irons. These irons are nice for the average golfer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Set! Bought these clubs in the winter and went to Palm Desert to play them for the first time. Each club almost hits an extra club length so factor that in if you swing hard. You don't need the 3 iron set, go with the 4-AW. Best decision ever. I hit my 4 iron as far as most hit their rescue clubs now, and these blade are EXTREMELY foregiving. I have not "bladed" a shot yet. I will play these forever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW....great irons I previously had Ping G20s and RocketBladez are a definite improvement. The club has great feel. The sole has great interaction with the turf. I am more accurate with these clubs. Distance is longer even when comparing similar lofts (not iron numbers...but lofts). I would suggest having GolfGalaxy also adjust the lie angle after your purchase..well worth tailoring the clubs to your swing
