Performance is literally above the rest for TaylorMade M2 Hybrids/Irons. The large, unsupported face partners with the new Speed Pocket to improve and protect ball speed across the impact area, pushing distance limits, and weight-saving features afford stronger lofts without sacrificing trajectory. Low CG results in long, playable shots, and the V-shaped badge uses vibration dampening to provide superb feel and sound throughout the set. Long, forgiving hybrids make the hole feel closer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Impressed I went to the local Golf Galaxy last week with the intentions of buying a new set of irons. I started playing golf 4 years ago and originally bought TaylorMade Burner 2.0 irons. Now that my game has developed I felt I was ready for an upgrade of irons. I did my research and had a few different sets in mind that I wanted to try. The sales guy Tony set me up in the simulator and gave me Titleist 716 AP2, Ping G30s, and TaylorMade Rocketbladez irons to try out. After hitting about 50 shots I was undecided between the Ping G30s and the TM Rocketbladez. He recommended I think on it and come back. I did some more research and went back today to try the TaylorMade M2 irons. Now I know it's a simulator and the numbers could be a bit off, but with the Ping G30s and TM Rocketbladez I was averaging around 140-145 yards with a 7 iron (keep in mind I'm not a long hitter). Today I took about 15 swings with the M2s and I saw immediately my average was between 155-160 yards with a 7 iron. I didn't believe it at first so I took a few more swings and sure enough I was getting 160 yards consistently with a 7 iron. Combine the increase in yardage with the great feel of the clubs in your hands, light weight, and crisp sound when I hit the ball solid and I was sold on them. I have to say I can't wait to pick them up tomorrow and get them out on the links this weekend. Really, REALLY GREAT CLUBS. If you're in the market for new irons at the very least give them a try and see for yourself.
