Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tacky...until wet! I really liked the initial tackiness of this grip. I then started to notice that my game was getting worse since putting these grips on. I realized that the grips might be causing the problem. When I go to the range, after about thirty shots, my hits all started going left. I noticed that the club face was closed at impact. My hands were sweaty and the grips were slick causing the rotation. Grabbed an old club with Ping grip and no problem. Sweaty hands are bad with this grip. Do not get.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slippery when wet or damp I just put these one my irons. After 3 rounds they are coming off. They feel great and are quite tacky until you start to sweat. If these grips or yours hands get slightly damp they get very slick. I had to carry a towel with me to every shot with an iron. I would not recommend these grips. Go with either the vdr's, the tour velvet, or the new decades.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New tacky grips Good grips, for a cheap price. I like the smooth, but tacky feel of these type grips, vs. the textured grips, as they are easier on your un-gloved hand. They may, and probably will, wear faster that the textured grips, but also makes it less expensive to change your grips more often. Having new grips is always nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bang for buck.. This grip is about as good as you can get for the price.. It's extremely tacky and feels great especially using a glove. It feels as if it literally won't slip, ever. The key to keeping these grips in top shape is to consistently towel them during practice or round and to give them a good soap/water scrub every few weeks. The dirt/oil from your hands will build up as with any grip. Only downside...wet conditions. These grips get slick when wet, so a towel is critical to maintenance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from These grips are very slippery, These grips are very slippery, even if your hands are mildly sweaty. I would not recommend these grips to anyone. Next March I'll be regripping with the jumbo velvet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These grips are phenomenal especially factoring in the price I had wanted to change my grips for some time, but didn't know which grips to choose. I'm a very frugal person and had a friend who had success with these inexpensive grips. I decided to go with Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G grips and have been absolutely thrilled with the performance. These grips are extremely tacky giving you complete trust in your swing. They clean off with water and soap if necessary and seem to maintain their tackiness. I highly recommend these grips.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great grip!!!!! This is a great grip. They have that classy leather wrap appearance, although you can tell they are not real leather, and they are tacky. This is what I like the most. The grips I had before were this same style but they got slippery when my hands were sweaty. These stay nice and tacky, plus I love the red, it really gives your clubs a great look. They are extremely easy to put on and I recommend doing the grips yourself to save on some money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Golf Pride Tour Wrap I was a New Decade Multi-Compound grip guy for years. I would not think of using anything else. One of my buddies told me to hit his driver and it had the Tour Wrap grip on it. Guess what grip all of my clubs have now? Yep...the Tour Wrap. I challenge you to find a better grip for the price. I was afraid that it would get slippery when my hands were sweaty. I was wrong. It seems to get actually a little more tackier with moisture.
