Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good shaft, powerful ballflight After extensive testing of various hybrids at my local Golf Galaxy (Tulsa, OK ... thanks guys), I decided on this Callaway XR pro 18* with the stock stiff shaft. It's been a great club so far. The shaft feels very stable, and keeps me from hitting very high lauch-high spin shot or big hooks (which I was trying to correct from my old 18* hybrid). The smaller clubhead looks good behind the ball is a little easier to get through the rough, but the club is surprisingly forgiving. I do think it's best for mid to low handicaps, who are going to hit the middle the face a good amount of time, but toe hits and those hit low on the face are not punished too bad.
