Rated 1 out of 5 by from good when it works I bought about 3 weeks ago and it has cut off 3 out of 4 rounds on the front nine in which is frustrating. I'm going to return & look at purchasing a watch type GPS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very helpful and lightweight. The Ghost is a must have for the golfer that likes to play a variety of golf courses. It is so simple to use after turning it on you press Menu then arrow down to PlayGolf. It will search for the course you are on automatically. When your course comes up on the display simply arrow to it till highlighted and press select. If there are 27 holes go to your designated nine and select it. If you are only playing the back nine just arrow to the hole you are starting on. It will give you front back and pin distance from where you are. It will also tell you up to three hazards on that hole. Say for instance there is a trap left one farther down and right and a creek further than that. It will tell you all distances to those hazards simply by pressing the menu button. Then press menu again to return to the first distance screen. Pretty darn accurate also my friend has a scope and we only vary once in a while on distances maybe by 5-10 yards. But on the box on par threes almost never vary. It works awesome when you cant drive a cart off the path and your partner is 80 yards from you on the left. Simply stick it in your pocket or clip it to your pocket and walk to your ball. Automatic yardage at your fingertips. There are so many senarios where it is advantageous to a bulky scope you will find out after you have had it on a few rounds. It will also tell you how far you just hit a club by pressing select it will say Shot then drive to your ball and it will do the distance from where you last stopped. So useful and handy I certainly recommend one for the price. 120 bucks is small compared to some of these 4 to 5 hundred dollar units in scopes. Grab one you wont be sorry. Has a simple USB charger that plugs in to your computer and the charge holds for at least 3 full rounds. You wont regret this purchase. Happy golfing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I have used my husband's Golf Buddy before buying the Neo Ghost. I bought it because it shows hazards. It is very slow finding satellites, doesn't seem very accurate when compared to others in my group, and doesn't always progress to the next hole on it's own. It does show hazards, but I cannot find a key anywhere online to explain your categories. Not happy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay...Not Great The price was great but so far it has been off on distances. Played a shot base on the yardage to the front of a green and my shot came up short. Selected the shot distance button to see how far I had hit the shot. The Ghost indicated that I had hit the shot further than the distance to the front of the green. Yardages are always different from other GPS devices in my foursome (shorter). Occasionally, the signal must have had interference because the distance between the back and front of the green has read as 2 yards.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Neo Ghost ? Got mine for Christmas, charged it on the desk. Left it set for 4 hours not doing anything except set there. Turned it on to play with it and the battery showed 3/4 discharged. After reading several of the other negative reviews about this I am now nerves thinking it may not work as needed. Snow is 14" deep so I can't take it out on the course to try it. Golf Galaxy where I bought it said I only have 30 days to return if not satisfied. We will see!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed.... I select the product giving it was Bushnell to have front, middle & back distance and was a bit disappointed. I had the Voice Buddy that was easier to use and function. The Bushnell had trouble syncing when first turned on and it lost satellite during the round at times along without advancing to the next hole.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Assistance The purchase of the Bushnell golf tool has been a tremendous help when playing golf on different course. It takes the guess work out of judging distances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact &a easy to use Easy to use and very helpful. I recommend turning off the auto off feature when playing because it's takes a while to re-locate the course.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great item Great for yardages -- better than a laser finder because you don't need to see the pin

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NEO GPS it is as accurate as my old sky caddy. easy to read screen. small and compact. only drawback is that it doesn't give you distances to hazards or lay-up positions like the sky caddy. overall a great bang for the buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic device! I was looking for just a basic device that would give accurate distances...the Bushnell Neo Ghost does it in "spades". Not only does this device accurately give the yardage to the center of the green, but also to the front and back, especially helpful if your course uses "color coded" pin flags for front, center and back pin locations. Treat yourself and get this very reasonably priced accessory, you will thankful that you did!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Fine I reported earlier that my ghost would shut off after a couple of holes. I read a solution to the problem on the internet. By turning off the auto advance the GPS worked without shutting off three complete rounds.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from in store, inexpensive GPS for golf courses I have enjoyed the display even golfing a well-known course. It was handy, the screen is easy to read and the GPS seems to find the correct course most of the time. Two courses on the same club house are ok as it waits for the operator to confirm the track playing. Battery is about. Six hours so needs charged if used for every two rounds of golf. Buttons to control the GPS are hard to push.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great product for an average player I bought this about a month ago after checking one out from another golfer in my golf league. I consider myself to be a little above average golfer at best. The unit works well but tends to load a little slowly upon powering up only. I have yet to find a Golf Course that isn't pre programed into it as of yet, which has been a plus. The unit is accurate enough for my type of golf and I have compared it to other units as well as my handheld GPS I also have. It's close enough that my golf game would never be effected. I placed a lanyard strap on it and hang it from the golf cart handle for easy viewing. It's reasonable in price and easy to use once you figure out who it operates. I went to the product website and YouTube to figure out how to fully operate it and none of them including the instructions given tell you how. Once I played around with it for awhile and conquered that I was in like flint. I use the unit every time I golf and the battery life is great. It's easy to recharge. My only con is waiting for the satellite to load which sometimes takes a few minutes but other than that it works great for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Weak Battery I've been mostly happy with this product when its on and working. The disappointing thing is that it seems I have to charge it before every round or it wont turn on to use

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accurate Distances All Every Time Have had the Bushnell neoGHOST GPS Rangefinder for about 2 months now. So far the accuracy of the GPS has been right on when compared to a GPS app on my iPhone, the golf cart GPS, and a few golf buddies viewfinders. Once you start your round, the neoGHOST gives quick readings as to distance as well as to the 3 hazards that may be between you and the hole. Distance to front and back of green are also given. The neoGHOST automatically switches to the next hole, but there are buttons to go forward or back. The battery lasts long enough for a couple of 18 hole rounds and probably more, but I usually charge it after a round so it hasn't had a chance to run low. It usually takes a minute or two to find the course you are playing. Not really a problem as long as your not trying to turn it on right before you hit your first tee shot. Have played 6 different courses and only had one that the neoGHOST didn't give the hazard distances for. Instructions also did not include descriptions of what the hazard symbols stood for. Had to find those online. All in all, I'm very happy with the ease of use and accuracy of the neoGHOST.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless instrument This device failed to work out of the box. It required an update from Bushnell, but would not connect to the internet and could not be updated. It would give a Code 7 error each time I tried to use it. After consulting with Bushnell support, the told me to send it in for repairs. Sent the device to Bushnell and the responded a couple of weeks later that

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value This was a good buy for $50. I would recommend turning it on right away when you get to the course. It took 10-15 minutes to locate my course. After that it was great. It gave me precise yardage to front, middle and back of green. I verified with a playing partners range finder and it was accurate. Overall I'm really happy with it after one round.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great buy for the price recently purchased this item and it has helped me a great deal. I am a fairly new golfer and having access to this info helps me with club selection. It may not have all the features as much more expensive units but for me it is great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dissatisfied I purchased this GPS prior to a tournament. I used it during a practice round and it seemed accurate. The day of the tournament the gps never connected to a satellite despite it being a clear day. I returned it the next day.
