Why is there tax on my order?
We are required to collect sales tax for merchandise (and shipping charges, where applicable) on any order that is being shipped to a state in which a Golf Galaxy maintains a business presence. The listing of states where our stores are located can be found on our store locator.

Where can we view the latest coupon offers online?
The Special Offers page has the most up-to-date offers and Green Savers is our collection of discounted and discontinued merchandise. Another great way to get the latest offers is to sign up for the Advantage Club and opt in to our email messages.

Why did my credit card authorize for more than my order total?
Golf Galaxy authorizes slightly more than your order total (an additional 4%) to ensure that your order is placed in the rare event that there are additional state, local, district or county taxes that may apply but were not be calculated during the checkout process. Golf Galaxy will only charge your card for the final amount of merchandise, taxes and shipping charges (where applicable).

How do I track my order?
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email, which contains a link that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. You may also go to your order history at any time, or contact us directly.

How long does it take my order to ship?
For in-stock items, we try to fill and ship your order as quickly as we can, and strive to meet the following guidelines:
- UPS Ground orders will ship in 1-2 business days
- UPS 2nd Day orders received before Noon each day will ship the next business day
- UPS 2nd Day orders received after Noon each day will ship the second business day
- UPS Next Day orders received before Noon each day will ship the next business day
- UPS Next Day orders received after Noon each day will ship the second business day
Please keep in mind that we do not ship over the weekends or on established holidays. Please see the Shipping Information section for detailed information. Other factors can delay the shipment of your order such as a declined credit card, fraud detection and item availability.
For items that ship directly from vendors, please add 3-5 days for the order to be processed plus the amount of time it takes to customize your order before it will ship.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The amount of time an order is in-transit from the time it leaves Golf Galaxy will depend on where it is being shipped and the type of service utilized. Please see the transit times section on this page for estimated delivery times.

Where can I find my password or pin?
For your security, we do not have access to your password or PIN. Please follow these steps to retrieve it securely:

- Enter the email address associated to your account
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link

Can I return an item I bought online to a retail store?
Yes. This helps to avoid shipping charges and you can receive a refund or exchange more quickly. To do this you must bring along:
- Your packing list/receipt and credit card or gift card used for purchase
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product

What does "AVS Check Fail" mean when I tried to place my order?
This message appears when your billing address, PIN or expiration date is not matching what the Credit Card company has on file for you. Please update your billing information to match the credit card being used or verify that you have entered the correct PIN or expiration date.

Why is there no "Add to Cart" button for this item?
If an item will not add to your cart or has no "Add to Cart" button, it is either:
- A new item that is not yet available
- No longer available
- Temporarily out of stock
- Available only by contacting our Customer Service team

Can I special order a single club or a special set of clubs?

Can I get a quantity discount?
We do not have discounts for quantity orders, however, our parent company, Dick’s Sporting Goods, does have a Group Sales department, which can be reached at (800) 589-0487.

At this time, Golf Galaxy cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.

How do I view my lessons online?
You will need to log into the Golf Galaxy lessons site to view your lessons. Once you are logged in, go to lesson history to view your lesson.

Shipping Rates and Methods
ALL PRODUCTS purchased on GolfGalaxy.com will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). At checkout, you will be given three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.
GIFT CARDS will ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), unless a shipping upgrade is selected during checkout.
ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER including Personalized Golf Balls , please consult the product page of that product for shipping details. See the table below for our standard shipping rates:

*Shipping offers do not apply to bulk orders, please contact us for specific shipping charges.
*Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as cart bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.
**Oversized items are not available for ground shipment outside the 48 contiguous states. 2nd Day and Next Day services for oversized items are only available by contacting a Golf Galaxy customer service representative. Additional charges will apply.

Service Areas
Upon order approval, Golf Galaxy will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.*
Golf Galaxy recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Golf Galaxy cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.
*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service. If Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.

Weekends and Holidays
In order to give employees time to spend with their families, Golf Galaxy does not ship items on weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Our warehouse will also be closed for shipping on the following 2009 holiday dates:

- November 26th to 27th
- December 24th to 25th
- December 31st
- January 1st, 2010

Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $800 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

UPS Ground Transit Times
Orders requesting UPS Ground are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and will typically leave our warehouse 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is placed. UPS Ground orders received on Friday - Sunday will usually ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 days after leaving Golf Galaxy. The following is a map, provided by UPS, of delivery times for commercial and residential deliveries using UPS Ground service:

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator.

Next Day and 2nd Day Services Transit Times
Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after leaving Golf Galaxy. Orders sent via UPS 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon (ET) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day's Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.
Golf Galaxy makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer's remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by UPS, a refund of freight charges, and/or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to the Company's Return Policy.

Tracking Your Order
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a Golf Galaxy Customer Service Representative at 1-800-287-9060.

Item Availability
Most items shown on GolfGalaxy.com will be in stock and available for immediate shipment. On the occasion that an item is not available, you will be alerted on the product purchase page prior to adding that item to your cart. If you attempt to add an out-of-stock item to your cart, a message will appear at the top of the page indicating that the item you selected is not currently available for purchase.
If you happen to select an out-of-stock item, please check back. Golf Galaxy receives shipments from its vendors regularly and any out-of-stock item is typically filled within 7 to 10 days.

Store Return Policy
Golf Galaxy offers a 30-day return-exchange policy on all products unopened or unused and returned in new saleable condition. Customers must present original sales receipt for all returns and exchanges.
Returns for cash or check purchases over $100.00 will be issued a check from the Retail Support Office and mailed within 14 business days of the return. All returns are subject to Golf Galaxy approval. Golf Galaxy reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
Pre-Owned Club Exchange Policy
Golf Galaxy offers a 30-day exchange only policy on Pre-Owned clubs returned in the same condition as sold. Customers must present original sales receipt for all exchanges. Pre-Owned clubs returned in a condition different than sold may be accepted on trade, subject to standard pricing and policies.
All exchanges are subject to Golf Galaxy approval. Golf Galaxy reserves the right to refuse any exchange or trade.

Gift Cards purchased online can be used as payment for products or services at any Golf Galaxy retail store location or at GolfGalaxy.com. In addition to a card number, Gift Cards purchased online have an access number located on the back.
Gift Cards purchased at a Golf Galaxy retail store, which do not have an Access #, can be used for in-store purchases only at Golf Galaxy retail locations, subject to the terms of that Gift Card.

Purchase of Gift Cards
By initiating a transaction on GolfGalaxy.com, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as documented on the web site and the policies noted below:
- Gift Cards do not expire and there is no service charge associated with inactive cards.
- Gift cards will typically be mailed at no charge within 48 hours of the customer's order. Additional charges will apply to requests for expedited shipping.
- Sales tax will not be charged on purchases of Gift Cards. When products or services are purchased with Gift Cards, any applicable sales tax will be charged to that purchase.
- Multiple Gift Cards can be purchased online in various denominations, but they must all be shipped to the same address.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items. For your convenience, any item purchased on-line at GolfGalaxy.com can be returned to GolfGalaxy.com or to any Golf Galaxy Retail Store.
If returning to GolfGalaxy.com, you are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift card only.

Parcel Service
We recommend using UPS or insured parcel post (to enable tracking) when returning merchandise to GolfGalaxy.com. We will do our best to process your return quickly.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift card. For returns via parcel service, please allow 30 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your account.
Please follow these directions to return by parcel service (UPS or insured parcel service):

A return form is included in each order. This form needs to be filled in completely to properly and efficiently process your return.

Include all original packing materials and carton, manuals and accessories with the product. All returned product must be in new, unused condition.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package to ensure proper credit.

Credit
Qualifying returns to GolfGalaxy.com, will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. The customer is responsible for the original freight charges and any return freight charges, except as noted below. Credit will be applied to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift card within 30 days from the time we receive your returned shipment. You will receive an exchange or refund immediately if you make a qualifying return and bring the originating credit card or gift card to a Golf Galaxy Retail Store.
Credit can only be issued if the item being returned is:
- New and unused
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase
If your return is due to damaged or defective merchandise, or the item was shipped in error, you will be refunded your entire purchase amount, including shipping. Your return shipping will also be credited. To ensure proper credit for your return shipping, please include a copy of the shipping receipt in your return package.
Any item determined to be ineligible for credit will be documented and your options will be communicated to you via e-mail. Failure to respond to the options outlined in the timeframe documented in the e-mail will result in the items being returned to you.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item(s) reaches you that appears to have been damaged in shipping or was defective out of the box, save the shipping carton and please contact a Golf Galaxy Customer Service Representative for immediate assistance.
All claims for goods damaged in shipping must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. If you return items damaged in shipping to Golf Galaxy without first contacting a Golf Galaxy Customer Service Representative you may lose your right to make a claim with the carrier.

Warranty Claims
Most products sold by GolfGalaxy.com carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their web sites. Should you have a problem with any item covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, Golf Galaxy will do its best to assist you. Due to restrictions on accepting warranty returns at GolfGalaxy.com, please contact us prior to returning any merchandise to GolfGalaxy.com for warranty consideration. Golf Galaxy will also accept returns at any Golf Galaxy retail store.

Shortages
Depending on the type of product ordered, some orders may ship in multiple cartons and may arrive in separate cartons on a different day. Before contacting Golf Galaxy to report a shortage, please check your packing slip to verify what was shipped on the order you received. Please note that all claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Contact a Golf Galaxy Customer Service Representative immediately for assistance in reporting a shortage.

Opening an Account

- You will then be asked to fill out information that will comprise your customer profile
