Help your child go the distance from the tee or from the fairway with junior fairway woods.
Choose a model with a low center of gravity and high loft to promote a longer, higher and straighter ball flight.
Fairway woods for kids have lightweight, composite shafts and junior flexes to help your child gain club head speed while maintaining control. Junior clubs come with junior-sized rubber grips specially made for their smaller hands.
Consider the length of the junior fairway wood you choose. Longer fairways do not create longer shots. Don’t buy a longer club hoping your kids will eventually grow into it. A fairway wood longer than two inches below the sternum encourages improper technique. Choking down on the grip can help, but never have your child choke down more than two inches.
